Yes. Most of our current team is in Europe, but we hire wherever the best people are. A handful of compliance-specific roles benefit from being EU-based for regulatory fluency and working hours — for engineering, design, and most other work, talent and timezone overlap matter more than your passport.
Exactly that — you work from wherever you're based. Meetings default to async (Loom + written); synchronous time is reserved for decisions that actually need a room. Quarterly offsites bring the team together in person.
