Overview
The Dutch conduct-of-business regulator for financial markets, complementary to DNB (prudential). Supervises investment firms, asset managers, crypto-asset service providers, consumer credit intermediaries, and Dutch securities markets. Runs MiCA CASP authorisation on the conduct side (jointly with DNB on the prudential side).
