Overview

Luxembourg's financial-sector supervisor. Best known for its regulation of the world's second-largest investment fund industry — supervises ~3,300 UCITS + AIF vehicles alongside banks, investment firms, payment and e-money institutions, and (since MiCA) CASPs. Under the SSM, the CSSF supervises Luxembourg's less-significant credit institutions.
