Overview

The EU's securities and markets supervisor, one of the three European Supervisory Authorities. Direct supervisor of credit rating agencies, trade repositories, and (under MiCA) major crypto-asset service providers. Coordinates national competent authorities across the EU on MiFID, MiCA, CSDR, EMIR, prospectus regulation, and market abuse.
